Our Story
Inspired by a lovely Afghan Hound being shown in the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, my wife and I entered our 1st Samoyed (Mysti) into shows in the 1990s not knowing a single thing or a single person in the show world. Needless to say, it was not pretty but it was a great experience and managed to title our 2nd Samoyed (Tommy).
Now, after three kids and a decade-long break from the show ring, we are back. The show scene here in Hawaii has changed a lot over the years but the renewed passion is stronger than ever, thanks to the arrival of our Afghan Hounds (Dani & Macca).
The grooming required to keep our extended family healthy and competitive in the show ring gave rise to our latest passion….Maringal Pet Supplies. Maringal Pet Supplies is here to bring that same quality of products that groomers and handlers use on their world class show dogs right into the homes of every single pet owner.
